Questions and answers
What students actually ask us, answered once and kept up to date.
Are these real TOEFL scores?
No. They are our own estimates, produced by our scoring and by AI grading of speaking and writing. No institution accepts them, and they are not a prediction of your exam score. They tell you which sections you are weak in, which is what practice is for.
Why does my score say “not final”?
Because part of it has not been graded yet. Reading and listening are marked the moment you submit; speaking and writing are graded when you ask for them. Until then we show you the sections that are scored and say plainly which ones are not — we never average an ungraded section in as a zero.
What is an AI grading credit?
One credit grades one speaking or writing response. A plan includes some, and you can buy a pack. If a grading run fails, the credit comes back automatically — you do not need to ask.
How do I pay?
By MTN MoMo or HesabPay, in afghanis, or by card in dollars where available. You send the transfer, upload the confirmation screenshot, and a person reviews it — usually within one business day. You get an email when it is approved. See pricing.
Can I take a test on my phone?
Yes, including the speaking sections. You will need to allow microphone access when the speaking section starts, and headphones are strongly recommended for listening.
What happens to my speaking recordings?
They are stored so you can play them back in review, and removed after a limited period. The transcript and the score stay. See the privacy policy.
