What we collect

- Your account details — name, email address, and optionally a phone number and a target exam date, because you gave them to us. - What you did in a test — your answers, your written responses, your speaking recordings, and timing information about how the test ran. - Payment evidence — the screenshot you upload to prove a transfer, and the reference numbers on it. - Technical records — IP address, browser, and request logs, kept so we can investigate problems and abuse.

We do not collect anything else, and there is no advertising or analytics tracker on this site.

Why we keep it

To run the product: to score your tests, show you your history, decide what your plan entitles you to, and confirm that a payment arrived.

Speaking and writing responses are sent to an AI grading provider when — and only when — you spend a credit to have one graded. Nothing is sent automatically unless your plan says so, and nothing is used to train a model.

How long

- Attempts and scores: while your account exists. - Speaking recordings: a limited period after the attempt, then removed. The transcript and the score stay. - Payment evidence: as long as we are required to keep financial records. - Request logs: a short retention window.

Your choices

You can see and correct your profile from your account page. You can ask us to delete your account and what is in it; write to us and we will do it, keeping only what a financial record requires.

Who else sees it

Our AI grading provider, for a response you asked to have graded. Our hosting and storage providers, as a technical necessity. Nobody else, and we do not sell anything.
